Problem with Tribune theme in wordpress | Tribune | Forum

HI,

We are using Tribune theme for our word press website. When we get huge traffic, all the categories disappeared and all the tribune theme settings have also disappeared. Complete category’s alignment is missing. We don’t know the reason why this happens every time we get high traffic. what was the issue? What’s the procedure to get back the original settings? Should we install the set up once again?
Can any one can help me on this?

Please help.
